Troubleshooting common installation issues

On Android, you may see a warning that "This type of file can harm your device" when installing the APK. This is a standard security prompt. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If you do not see the option to enable "Unknown sources," go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, find your browser, and toggle the permission on. On iOS, if you see a certificate-trust warning, tap "Trust" to allow the web app to load. If the app does not appear on your home screen after adding it, try again: open Safari, navigate to onedio, tap Share, scroll down, and tap "Add to Home Screen." The onedio app requests permission to access your device's storage (to cache game data and images), your network connection (to sync your account), and your camera (if you choose to upload a photo for identity verification).
